Our Shipping Policy

All orders purchased on BeautopiaHair.com ship out via UPS from our warehouse in Minnesota to the contiguous United States. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, freight forward addresses or Internationally. If your shipping address does not meet the requirements stated we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If order is placed before 12 noon CST, it will be shipped out same day. On weekends, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, so long as it is not a holiday. Free shipping for orders of $50 or more. If you are unable to locate a package that is marked as delivered please visit the UPS website and file a claim with UPS for a lost/missing package. If UPS is unable to locate the package you can then use our Contact Us form to reach out to Living Proof directly. Please note we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date for any lost or missing packages.

Our orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. During the holiday season or when we run certain promotions we receive an influx of orders. Our warehouse works diligently to get them out as quick as possible but you may experience a slight delay. Once your order has shipped out you will indeed receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

The scent was so refreshing and new, it felt like I was in a high class salon, I was playing with it making curls and watching it stay like that, then poof up in a volume control hair setting it was so cool, and it feels like it made my hair softer, I love this product!

It didn’t make his hair look greasy or wet either which I hate. I would definitely recommend this styling clay to anyone who needs their hair to stay where you put it.
